The composition of the Board of Directors of Koja USA Inc. has been updated in 2026. Caitlin Hardy joined the Board in January, and Eddie Wehus in June.
Caitlin Hardy is the Managing Director of Ness Sea Consulting, a maritime and defense consulting firm, where she brings deep industry expertise and a passion for advancing the future of the maritime sector. She has more than 15 years of experience spanning commercial maritime, defense, and ocean technology, ranging from her roots as a naval architect to leadership roles at Kongsberg Discovery.
Eddie Wehus is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive experience, particularly in technical solutions for the cruise industry. He brings a practical, customer-focused perspective to the Board, along with a deep understanding of the global maritime cluster. Wehus is enthusiastic about contributing, alongside Caitlin Hardy, to Koja’s continued success in the U.S. market and overall business ventures.
