Largest Future® S Delivery in History
“This is by far the largest single order in the history of Future S air handling units. The tower will be built using takt production with exceptionally tight schedules, which required factory‑automated and tested packaged units that integrate seamlessly with the building’s automation system. Future S units equipped with the new KojaControl controller are the perfect match for these requirements,” says Markku Eskola, Product Group Manager at Koja Oy.
The expertise and long-standing experience of Koja’s Buildings business area were decisive factors in securing the deal.
“The agreement is also a great highlight in the long career of our senior sales professional Kimmo Koivuniemi, who will retire this spring,” Eskola adds.
A Landmark Tower Offering Modern Working Conditions
Scheduled for completion in 2028, The Node will rise to 130 metres and include 32 floors, providing workspace for more than 3,000 office employees. The building aims to achieve BREEAM Excellent environmental certification, reflecting its modern and high-quality working conditions.
Koja’s deliveries for the project will begin in March 2026.
