Koja Ltd. has initiated change negotiations on temporary layoffs in Koja’s Industrial Solutions business area

Koja Ltd. has initiated change negotiations due to a temporary decrease in work caused by a weakened order backlog. The negotiations concern temporary layoffs lasting up to 90 days and concern the entire personnel of Koja Industrial Solutions business area, i.e. around 80 people.

The 14-day change negotiations have been started on July 31st, 2024. 

According to a preliminary estimate, the possible layoffs discussed in the negotiations will take place towards the end of 2024.

Update October 11, 2024:

The change negotiations have been concluded on October 9, 2024. In the final meeting of the negotiations, it was jointly stated that there is no need for layoffs for the year 2024.
