Fennocon to be merged into Koja on December 31, 2023

Fennocon Oy, which produces high-quality design and consulting services for the shipbuilding industry, will merge into Koja Oy on December 31, 2023. Fennocon has been a subsidiary of Koja Oy and part of Koja Group since 2013.

The companies have worked closely in the past, but with the merger, the expertise in ship air conditioning design will be seamlessly centralized in Koja's Marine business area. The goal is to produce energy-efficient and sustainable solutions that meet the strict requirements of the shipbuilding industry. With Fennocon, Koja will gain more than 30 years of versatile experience and expertise in shipbuilding and equipment design.

Fennocon's experts will join Koja as existing employees. The company is located in Turku and has employed three people in 2023.
