Chiller to Move into New, Modern Facilities in Tuusula in Early 2026

Focus on Sustainability and Energy Efficiency

The new facility is not only larger but also more environmentally friendly. The design emphasizes sustainability and energy efficiency, utilizing Koja’s and Chiller’s smart cooling, heating, and energy solutions. A similar Wave Solution has already been successfully implemented at Koja’s new factory in Jalasjärvi.

The building will be constructed in accordance with EU taxonomy and aims to achieve at least a BREEAM Excellent environmental certification, ensuring responsible and energy-efficient solutions throughout its lifecycle.
