Koja’s new factory building in Jalasjärvi utilizes renewable forms of energy and the Group’s new Wave solution in building technology. The innovative Wave solution combines ventilation, cooling and heating, driven by intelligent automation. The building’s carbon footprint, energy efficiency and indoor conditions can be monitored using the analytics platform included in the solution.

In late May 2024, a new Board of Directors was elected for the next three-year term at the Eurovent Annual Meeting. Joonas Lius, representing the Finnish Koja Group, was appointed to the Board as a member.

“Skilled Team, Strong Family Business” was the theme for the spring seminar organized by Perheyritysten liitto, an association for family businesses in Finland, in which Koja Group had the pleasure of participating.
