KOJA ECOFAN® PROCESS FANS
The Ecofan® product range consists of both axial and radial fans in all sizes. The selected fan is chosen from literally billions of possible options. Thanks to its modular product structure, Koja’s Ecofan® solution meets the special requirements of even highly challenging applications.
CENTRIFUGAL FANS
Direct, belt and switch driven fans in all size categories in single and double inlet arrangements.
- Flowrate: 0.1…800 m3/s
- Pressure increase: up to 45 kPa single stage, up to 65 kPa double stage
- Temperature range: >1000°C
AXIAL FANS
Settable blade axial fan range especially for heavy-duty process exhaust applications. Pressure-cast aluminum propeller, acid-proof cast for special cases.
- Flowrate: 0.2…60 m3/s
- Pressure increase: < 2 kPa
- Temperature range: < 90°C
The fans are configured for project-specific requirements
- speed control by VFD or aerodynamic control by inlet guide vane
- impeller design with different blade types
- oil and grease lubricated anti-friction bearing arrangement and types or sliding bearings
- impellers with hard facing for abrasive applications or special coatings for extra corrosion resistance
- configurations for explosive atmospheres (up to ATEX machine category 2)
- gas tight fan construction
